Date: 13th December 2020
Time: 3:30pm – 5:30pm
Our much-loved Creative Leaders Network will be running this month on the 13th of December!
Designed to support SENCOs and those working within SEND settings in Somerset, this session will help you use the creative arts within Special School and Pupil referral Unit contexts to raise achievement and support the social, emotional and mental health and wellbeing of all students.
We include a combination of updates and input to support provision as well as inspiring practical or exemplar resources and experiences to take back into the classroom.
At the end of the session as always, we will model a practical activity you can take back to the classroom. This time we will be looking at clay, taking inspiration from Sir Antony Gormley in workshop called – ‘Clay Menagerie’. A kit list for this fun zoom workshop is available at the point of booking. To take part you will need some clay but you are also welcome to observe this part of the session.
The Creative Leader’s Network is a great opportunity to connect with other peers in your region, get inspired with creative approaches and learn about useful updates and opportunities available to your setting.
