Trustee Vacancies

‘We’re passionate about the difference the arts make to the lives of the children and young people. They inspire and engage, raise confidence and aspiration. We believe that all children are entitled to a creative education and access to culture.’

If you share the views expressed in this quote and wish to make a difference to the lives of children in Somerset, then you could be just the person we are looking for. SPAEDA (Somerset Partnership Arts Education Agency) is seeking to recruit up to eight new Trustees to its governing body at an exciting and challenging time for arts education in schools – primary, secondary or tertiary, mainstream or special, state or privately funded.

We are inviting applications from individuals who don’t necessarily work in the arts or education sectors but who have a strong interest in how these two areas come together to provide exceptional opportunities for the development and well-being of children and young people. In particular we are looking for people with experience of financial management, fundraising, marketing and communications, digital media, Legal affairs and charity and company governance.

The Trustee recruitment pack contains further information about this exciting role and the activities of the charity. Documents can be downloaded here:
